Refund & Return Policy
We want every Atlica customer to love what arrives in the box. If something is not right, we make returns and refunds simple.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The undershirt must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and packed in the original Atlica box.
How to start a return
Email hello@atlicastore.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within one working day with a prepaid return label. Drop the parcel at any nearby pickup point or schedule a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches our Mumbai warehouse and clears a quick quality check, we refund the full amount to your original payment method (Razorpay UPI / card / netbanking / wallet) within 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded to a bank account you provide.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return the original for a refund and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right fit. We do not run a separate exchange flow.
Items not eligible for return
For hygiene reasons, undershirts that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, write to hello@atlicastore.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or offer a full refund — your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it has shipped by emailing hello@atlicastore.com. Once dispatched, please follow the standard return process.
Pre-order policy
If you place a pre-order, we will email you an estimated dispatch date at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
