Shipping Policy
We ship to every PIN code in India, dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse through our logistics partners.
Processing time
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Pre-orders are dispatched on the estimated date communicated at checkout.
Delivery time
Tier-1 metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–3 working days from dispatch. Tier-2 and beyond: 3–5 working days. Remote PIN codes may add 1–2 days.
Shipping charges
Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. Below ₹999: ₹49 flat. Cash on Delivery: ₹49 COD handling fee, regardless of order value. No COD surcharge on orders above ₹999.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on every order to every serviceable PIN code in India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with exact cash.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link from our logistics partner. Tracking updates in real time.
Failed deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will email you and re-attempt once you confirm the address.
International shipping
At the moment we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, write to hello@atlicastore.com and we will sort it immediately — a replacement, a refund, or whatever you prefer.
