Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlicastore.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from K2R2 Brands Private Limited ("Atlica," "we," "us"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase from Atlica.
2. Products and pricing
All products are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery. We do not store your card details.
4. Pre-orders
Pre-order items are charged at the time of order and dispatched on the estimated date communicated at checkout. Dispatch dates are best-effort estimates; we will inform you of any material delay and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — brand name, logos, product photography, copy, design — is the property of K2R2 Brands Private Limited and protected under applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt its operation, to submit false information, or to infringe on the rights of others.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
